|Recommended: YesI had a great experience touring The Mercer. Brandy was amazing—she took the time to show us around and clearly cares a lot about the residents and the property. She explained how well they stay on top of maintenance, which made the building feel really well managed. The amenities are great too, including a nice gym, amazing views, and a yoga studio coming soon. Overall, Brandy’s dedication and the quality of the building made a really positive impression.
|Recommended: YesBrandy is very helpful and super good at managing the issues. I had a heater problem and it got solved within 2 days. Always there to help with packages that are not properly handled by the delivery people. All in all, good management.
|Recommended: YesLiving at the Mercer has been a great experience. We have had virtually no issues with living here My favorite thing about the Mercer is the constant improvements being made. For example the creation of more social spaces on the fourth floor, the new gym on the first floor, and the app we can now use to unlock apartment doors. Brandy has put any questions aside she is readily available to answer any questions, has the knowledge to answer these questions, and takes action on any concerns you may have. This is a great place run by people who want to make your comfortable, and improve at the same time
