    • Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar. You have the option to pay rent in 1, 3 or 12 installments. Contact the office for more info. 
  • How do I submit a service request? 
    • Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket. 
  • What security measures do you take? 
    • Your communication package includes Vivint Smart Home security 
  • How do I get parking? 
    • You will need to pay for a parking pass from the office. Parking passes are first come first serve. Contact the office for more info. 
  • What is the pet policy? 
    • Pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250, a refundable $200 deposit, and $40/mo for pet rent. Maximum 2 pets. Contact the office for more info.
